The Pelagos Twin is the natural evolution of the Pelagos, of which it mantains the basic structure. The only difference is the double hole in the muzzle, that allows the setting of a single 19mm, a double 16mm or a double 17,5mm power band. This wider range of solutions make the Pelagos Twin more versatile, as it can cover all of the open water spearfishing situations. The Pelagos Twin can be rigged with single 19mm power band and 6,5 standard shaft for winter fishing, and then with a double 16 or 17,5mm and 7mm "short" shaft for summer clear water or deeper fishing. the "short" 7mm shaft proved to be the best solution for multiband set, as the tendence to obscilate under massive load is minimized the shaft being shorter and thicker yet mantaining about the same weight. The double 16mm band/short 7mm shaft set is suggested for those looking for more power than the one offered by a single 19mm band, but still ability of accurate shooting even when the wrist and arm are not in perfect position. The double 17,5mm band/7mm short shaft is suggested for the spearfisherman who's practising a less dynamic sperfishing style, and needs more power.

The Pelagos Twin 90 is a perfect speargun for the spearfisherman who often hunts murky waters, where it's frequent to meet large fish, demanding penetration power. In the double 16mm set, it's as well a powerful yet easy to load speargun.
